Food & Drinks available for purchase: 1pm-6pm
-Delicious Pierogi’s, traditional Borscht, wine and cheeseboards prepared by Paschal Winery.
-Bigos stew, Kielbasa plate & Gołąbki (Cabbage Rolls) by Julek’s Polish Kitchenette
-Custom crafted Polish sausages & other meats by Uproot Meats in their new food truck!
-Desserts by Jennifer with Heim Bakery – she will have Makowiec (Sweet Poppyseed Roll), Sernik (Cheesecake), Jabłecznik (Polish Apple Pie), Pretzel Puffs stuffed with sauerkraut and stone ground mustard folded into pretzel dough.
– WyldeKraut with unique and delicious fermented goods
-Authentic Polish beer by Threshold Brewing & Blending
(we will be adding a few Polish cheeses for the occasion)
